Our Story
Total Garage Charlotte was founded on a simple idea: the garage is the most-used and least-cared-for room in most American homes. Homeowners spend tens of thousands of dollars finishing kitchens, basements, and home offices, then walk out into a cluttered, stained, half-finished garage every morning.
We set out to fix that with the same standard of craftsmanship you would expect from a custom kitchen. Steel cabinetry. Engineered floor coatings. Storage systems that adapt to how you actually live. Installed by a local team that takes pride in the result.
Today, we serve homeowners across the Charlotte metro from a 60-mile radius, with active project crews running daily across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Iredell, Union, Gaston, and York counties.

Discovery Call
A 15-minute call to understand what you're trying to accomplish, your timeline, and your space. No sales pitch.

In-Home Consultation
A 60-minute visit to your garage. We measure, photograph, and walk you through product options. You leave with a written, itemized quote.

Design & Planning
We finalize the design with you, lock in colors and finishes, and schedule the install. A dedicated project manager owns your project from this point forward.

Installation
Our crew arrives on the agreed date, masks and protects your home, and completes the install in 1 to 3 days depending on scope. We text you start-of-day and end-of-day every day.

Walkthrough & Warranty
Final walkthrough with you on the last day. We hand over written warranty documents, care instructions, and our direct line for any questions afterward.
