Beautiful Garage Flooring in Charlotte
Two flooring families, one finished room. Polyurea floor coatings that bond into the slab and modular tile that snaps in for a fast, custom look. Both stand up to oil, gas, hot tires, and the kind of dirt a real garage produces.

After cabinets, slatwall, and overhead racks lift everything off the slab, the floor itself becomes the obvious next step. We install two complete flooring systems across the Charlotte metro: protective floor coatings (diamond-ground, primer, decorative chip, polyurea top coat) and modular floor tile (snap-together polypropylene with multiple traction patterns). Each one solves a different need. Both turn a builder-grade slab into a finished surface you do not mind looking at.
What Makes Our Garage Flooring Different
Polyurea Coating Systems
Diamond-ground concrete prep, polyurea or epoxy base coat, full broadcast of decorative chips, and a polyurea top coat. The system is water and stain resistant, eliminates seams, and resists hot tires that would lift cheaper DIY epoxy.
Modular Floor Tile
Polypropylene snap-together tile in multiple patterns (RibTrax, DiamondTrax, VinylTrax, SportTrax). Five designs and nineteen colors. Installs in about a day with no curing wait, and tiles can be lifted and reused if you sell the home.
Full Concrete Preparation
Before any coating goes down, we diamond grind the slab to remove old paint, epoxy, and surface contamination. Cracks, spalls, and control joints are filled with structural line filler so the finished floor reads as one seamless surface.
Wide Color Library
Floor coating chip blends include Saddletan, White Granite, Shoreline, Creekbed, Teton Greige, Dolphin Pearl, Marble, Cobalt Blue, Race Day Red, Micro Saddletan, and Micro Marble. Modular tile adds RibTrax, DiamondTrax, VinylTrax, and SportTrax options.
Low VOC, Low Odor
Our coating chemistry uses low VOC, non-toxic materials. No fumes lingering in the house for a week, no special ventilation requirements. Safe around kids and pets once the surface has cured.
Two-Step Professional Install
Coating installs typically run one to two days on site, followed by a 24 hour cure before vehicle traffic. Modular tile is a same-day install, no cure window. Both systems are installed by trained crews, not subcontractors.
Warranty Backed
Coating systems carry a five-year warranty on adhesion and finish. Modular tile carries a 15-year warranty against warping and structural defect. We honor both ourselves, locally.
How A Flooring Project Goes
-
1
On-Site Assessment
We measure the slab, check existing condition (cracks, spalling, prior coatings, moisture), and recommend the right system. Coating, tile, or a combination depending on the bays and their use.
-
2
Surface Preparation
For coatings: diamond grinding the full slab, vacuuming, filling cracks and joints with structural line filler. For tile: cleaning and leveling. The prep is the part most DIY jobs skip and the part that decides whether the finish lasts.
-
3
Base Coat or Tile Lay
Coating systems get a tinted polyurea or epoxy primer rolled across the prepped slab. Tile systems get snapped together in your chosen pattern, with custom edge trim cut to fit.
-
4
Decorative Chip Broadcast (Coatings Only)
Decorative chips are broadcast at full coverage across the wet base coat. Once cured, excess chips are scraped, the surface is sanded, and prepared for the top coat.
-
5
Polyurea Top Coat (Coatings Only)
The final layer is a chemical-resistant, UV-stable polyurea clear coat. This is what protects the chips and locks the system to the slab. The top coat will not yellow under direct sunlight.

6
Walkthrough and Hand-Off
Once the install is complete (or after 24 hours of cure for coatings), we walk the floor with you, hand over care instructions, and confirm warranty paperwork.
