1. Agreement

By accessing or using garagecharlotte.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Services

Total Garage LLC, doing business as Total Garage Charlotte provides residential garage interior services including custom cabinetry, epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings, slatwall storage systems, overhead storage racks, and related design and installation services. The Site is provided as a marketing and information resource. The Site itself does not constitute a binding offer of services. All work is performed under a written project agreement signed by the customer.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided through this Site or in person are subject to a final on-site inspection and the terms of a written project agreement. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise pricing based on conditions discovered during pre-installation inspection.

4. Use Of The Site

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, including by transmitting malware, spam, or automated requests at scale.
  • Reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit the Site's content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, photos, video, layouts, and code) is owned by Total Garage LLC, doing business as Total Garage Charlotte or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other use requires our written permission.

6. User Submissions

Information you submit through the Site (forms, photos, messages) is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information or content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Following any third-party link is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Garage LLC, doing business as Total Garage Charlotte disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our installation services carry separate written warranties as described in the project agreement. Site content does not modify, expand, or replace those written warranties.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Garage LLC, doing business as Total Garage Charlotte and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid (if any) by you to use the Site, which is zero.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Total Garage LLC, doing business as Total Garage Charlotte from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
