Summary

Total Garage Charlotte maintains a public-facing compliance report so customers, partners, and regulators can verify the controls we have in place. This page is updated whenever we make a material change to our website, infrastructure, or data handling.

Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)

This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Our most recent accessibility review confirmed the following baseline controls are in place:

  • Semantic HTML5 page structure with proper landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>).
  • Skip-to-content link that becomes visible on keyboard focus.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, dropdowns, accordions, and forms.
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Sufficient color contrast (text and UI components meet 4.5:1 / 3:1 minimums).
  • Form labels associated with their inputs.
  • Alternative text on all informative images; decorative images marked aria-hidden.
  • Respects user-level prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Pages function correctly at 200% browser zoom.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • No sale of personal information. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Disclosed analytics. Google Analytics 4 and advertising-measurement tags are itemised in our Cookie Policy, with browser-level instructions for blocking them.
  • Right-of-access workflow. Data subject requests routed to [email protected]; 45-day response SLA.
  • Data minimization. We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and deliver services.
  • Retention. Inquiries that do not become customers are deleted within 24 months.

  • TLS 1.2+ encrypted transport (HTTPS) on all pages.
  • HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, and Content Security Policy headers configured.
  • Form input validation and rate limiting on submission endpoints.
  • Least-privilege access controls on the hosting environment.
  • Routine dependency updates and security patching schedule.
